Support for where you are
Therapy is not about having everything figured out or fitting yourself into a particular approach. I offer thoughtful, evidence-based psychological support that is shaped around you, your experiences and what you hope to get from therapy.
Whether you're struggling with something that has been happening recently, carrying experiences from the past, or simply feel that something isn't quite right, we can take time to understand what's going on and consider what might help.
One-to-one therapy - Adults
£90 - 50-minute session
Life can sometimes feel difficult to make sense of, whether you're struggling with something happening now, carrying experiences from the past, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful. One-to-one therapy offers a space to explore what's happening, understand yourself more fully and consider what you might want to do differently.
One-to-one therapy - Children & young people (under 18)
£90 - 50-minute session
Growing up can bring its own challenges, and it isn't always easy to put what you're experiencing into words. Therapy can provide a space where young people can feel heard, make sense of their experiences and develop ways of navigating the things they are finding difficult.
Couples therapy
£120 - 50-minute session
Relationships can go through difficult periods, and sometimes it can become hard to hear each other beneath the frustration, hurt or distance. Couples therapy provides a space for both people to feel heard, understand what is happening between you, and explore how you might move forward together.
Reduced rates are available for students, trainees and those experiencing financial difficulty. Please get in touch to discuss what might be possible.
Clinical Supervision
£90 - 50-minute session
I offer reflective and psychologically informed supervision for psychology trainees and professionals working with people experiencing complex needs.
Supervision is a space to step back from the day-to-day work, think together about what is happening for the person and within the wider system, and reflect on your own responses and practice. I aim to create a supportive space where you can bring uncertainty, difficult situations and new ideas, while developing confidence in your clinical thinking and practice.
NOT SURE WHICH IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
You don't need to work that out before getting in touch. We can talk through what you're looking for and whether I might be the right person to help.
